Wrapped around the guide rollers of stenter machines, rotary screen printing machines, looms and other textile equipment, this strip increases friction to achieve stable fabric traction and conveying, preventing fabric slippage and deviation to ensure continuous and stable production.
Material & Performance
- Made of nitrile rubber/special rubber, with a granular rough surface pattern. It features high temperature resistance (up to 180°C), wear resistance, oil resistance and tear resistance.
- High elasticity and anti-slip properties, effectively adhering to fabrics while avoiding damage to the fabric surface, suitable for cotton, chemical fiber, blended and other types of fabrics.
Structure & Form
- Available in multiple colors (black, blue, brown, gray, beige, etc.), with a granular textured surface to provide different levels of friction.
- Usually supplied in rolls or sheets, which can be cut as needed and wrapped around guide rollers for easy installation.

- Compatible with mainstream stenter machines such as Monforts, Benninger, Liang Keng, as well as various rotary screen printing machines and air-jet/water-jet looms.
